Allie and McCain both like to help me bake and I love it because baking is one of my favorite things to do! My mother-in-law gave me a "class treats" cookbook for Christmas with lots of precious treats to make throughout the year. We decided to make penguin cupcakes for their classmates for a special winter snack. Allie and McCain loved putting on the eyes and beaks. We thought they turned out so cute.
