Allie's 4th Birthday

Tommy and I can hardly believe that Allie is 4 years old! Wow-how time flies. Let me tell you a little bit about Allie at age 4: she is very loving and caring and is always concerned for others. She is shy when you first meet her- in most situations, she sits back and takes inventory of what is going on and then she will jump into the situation. She learns by observing. She can already write her name and she loves learning, which makes me, the teacher, very happy! She knows many of her letters and can tell you what letter some objects start with. Allie loves her little brother and most of the time, loves to share with him. She is always looking out for him too. She is also very sassy. We have to watch that little mouth sometimes! She loves to play dress up, loves princesses, coloring and playing with her baby dolls. She is a t-shirt girl- always wanting to wear t-shirts, shorts and flip flops. She is still a daddy's girl and probably always will be. She loves to play games- especially Candy Land and her newest fav- "Scatterpillar Scramble." Her current favorite colors are pink and purple. She is growing up way too fast!
Here are some pictures from her 4th birthday celebration at Gran's house. She decorated a Barbie cake, with the help of McCain and cousin Luke. Then, we had a party at the park with all of her family, family friends and school friends. It was very hot- but I think everyone enjoyed it. If you look at Lesley's blog, she has some great pictures as well that I was not able to capture. Thanks Lesley!
