Well, if you don't have an "Elf on the Shelf" then you need one! Allie is loving it! She named her Michelle, which I have no idea where that came from. We don't know any Michelles, but we went with it! I took some pictures to show you where Michelle has turned up around our house. Tommy and I are loving having Michelle around too. If Allie starts acting up, she reminds herself that Michelle is watching.

SO we have been trying this out, I am thinking another 6 months might help! She just calls it elf so not quite sure she understands. We tell her that elf is watching for Santa, and she says "ho ho ho" so not there yet with acting extra special good since elf is around. I will keep at it :-)
