Wow- our baby girl is actually tee-teeing in the potty! She went once at school last week but we didn't think too much of it. I just thought it was because a few other children in her class are potty-trained. Then, she went again on Saturday. She said "I wanna go tee-tee in potty!" We were at the Clemson game for most of the day, so we didn't spend much time on this issue then either. Then, when we got home from church today, she told us she needed to go tee-tee and she did! She went down for a nap, woke up and didn't have to go quite yet. So, we let her run around without a diaper on. Once she had to go, she told us and went. She gets so excited when she goes because she knows she gets M&M's. Then, she went tee-tee in the potty for the rest of the day with only one accident (which she had in her new "Dora" panties.) She even had a stinky in the potty today, which we couldn't believe! I know some of you are wondering- "Why is she telling me all of this?", but for those of you who have been through it, you know how exciting this is! Be thinking of us as we work on getting Allie potty-trained. So far, she is doing great! Her teachers do a really good job of encouraging and supporting potty-training so I am thankful for that! They had their whole 2 year old class potty-trained, with the exception of one or two children, by the time school got out for the summer, last year.
